Kindergarten
Suggested Kindergarten Supplies
Oak Creek Elementary School will provide all of the necessary supplies for your child to have a quality educational experience. However, there are additional supplies that will help to supplement their learning in the classroom.
Recommended Daily Supply List:
- Children’s Wired Headphones (no bluetooth headphones please): We are asking all families to provide their child with wired headphones. Using technology is an integral part of our class curriculum, and students will need headphones in order to access some of these programs. Please make sure that you label your child’s headphones with their name. These headphones will be stored in our classroom for your child and will not be shared.
- 2 pocket folder: This will be used to bring papers and student work home. Flat 2 pocket folders work best as students are able to open and file their papers independently (please no binders or accordion folders).
- Snack: We do have a designated snack time for students. Please make sure that you pack a light snack and water for your child every day.
- Backpack: Please make sure to pack your child’s snack and folder in their backpack everyday and label everything with their name.
Optional Supply Donations for our Classes: the following supplies are shared by all students on a regular basis, and donations of any of the following items would be greatly appreciated:
- Paper Towel Rolls
- AstroBright Copy Paper (single color packs)
- 2 Gallon Ziploc bags
- Avery 5260 Peel and Stick Address Labels
- Avery 8167 Peel and Stick Return Address Labels
- Expo Whiteboard Markers (assorted colors)
- 9” x 11.5” Laminating Pouches
- 1 Gallon Ziploc Bags
- Unscented Baby Wipes
- Heavy Duty Sheet Protectors
- Single containers of Playdough (any color)
1st Grade
The following is a list of supplies that will be used in first grade. It is extremely helpful when parents are able to donate items that will help their child as well as others in the classroom. We will be using many of the supplies every day in the classroom. Thank you again for your support!

- Scissors
- Glue sticks (2 or more)
- Erasers
- Pre-sharpened pencils (2 or more)
Class Supplies
- Copy paper (white & colored)
- Pre-sharpened pencils
- Baby wipes
- Tissue boxes
- Glue sticks (no liquid glue)
- EXPO (low odor) dry erase markers
- Black Sharpies
- Yellow highlighters
- Erasers
The school will be providing the necessary basic supplies that your child will need if unable to bring the supplies list above.
2nd Grade
Oak Creek School will provide all the necessary supplies for your child to have a quality educational experience. To that end, the school will supply the following items for each student in second grade. You have the option of sending any or all of these items with your child should you prefer him/her to have a set of personal supplies.
- Pocket folder (No binders)
- pencils
- crayons (box of 16)
- erasers
- glue sticks
- bottle of glue
- scissors
The following supplies are used by all students on a regular basis and donations would be appreciated:
- Baby Wipes (unscented)
- White Copy Paper
- Large box of Kleenex
- Colored pencils
- Black Expo dry erase marker (low odor)
NO scented items please!
3rd Grade
Suggested THIRD GRADE SUPPLY LIST
Oak Creek Elementary School will provide all of the necessary supplies for your child to have a quality educational experience. To that end, the school will supply the following items for each student in third grade.

- white bottle glue
- scissors
- 12 inch/100 centimeter ruler
The following items are NOT REQUIRED, but are optional/additional supplies you may elect to include for your child:
- durable folders for take home work
- markers
- colored pencils
- hand-held pencil sharpener with lid
The following supplies are used by all students on a regular basis and donations would be appreciated:
- baby wipes

- colored copy paper

- Band-Aids

4th Grade
Oak Creek Elementary School will provide all of the necessary supplies for your child to have a quality educational experience. To that end, the school will supply the following items for each student in fourth grade:

- correcting pens
The following items are NOT REQUIRED but are optional or additional supplies you may elect to include for your child:

5th Grade
Oak Creek Elementary School will provide all of the necessary supplies for your child to have a quality educational experience. To that end, the school will supply the following items for each student in fifth grade:

- Crayons or colored pencils
- erasers
- glue sticks
- scissors
- dry erase markers
The following items are NOT REQUIRED but are optional or additional supplies you may elect to include for your child:
- small headphones for your individual use
- 12 count set of colored pencils
The following supplies are used by all students on a regular basis and donations would be appreciated:

6th Grade
Oak Creek Elementary School will provide all of the necessary supplies for your child to have a quality educational experience. To that end, the school will supply the following items for each student in sixth grade:
- pencils
- crayons
- glue sticks
- weekly folders
- highlighters
- correcting pens
- composition books
- two-pocket plastic folder
The following items are NOT REQUIRED but are optional, or additional supplies you may elect to include for your child:
- scissors
- pencil pouch or pencil box
- small personal pencil sharpeners with cover
The following supplies are used by all students on a regular basis and donations would be appreciated:
- extra pencils
- red or blue single subject spiral notebooks
- yellow, blue, or pink copy paper
- box of thin black expo dry erase markers
- baby wipes
- anti-bacterial wipes
- kleenex
Please write your child’s name on backpack, lunchbox, and outer clothing.
